Rob and Robin founded Brave Spark in 2010 because they were frustrated with the inefficiencies of traditional agencies. They knew there could be a better way. So Brave Spark has always been a home for those tired of slow and messy structures. Client always get one unified team. They get more collaboration, less big reveals. Creative and production working side by side, elevating both the idea and the craft.
We believe that great work comes from happy people. Which is why we’ve worked hard to make Brave Spark a proud Campaign Best Places to Work 2024.
And because we believe a business should be a force for good, we’re also a Certified B Corp. Our teams benefit from unlimited holiday, Refresh Fridays and monthly events. We have an industry-leading Sustainability Council and choose a different local business to create pro-bono work for on a quarterly basis.
