The Challenge

Build a visually striking platform for Funway's and their travel partners that showcases LGBTQ friendly destinations, hotels and attractions and highlights why these should be visited. Encourage travel agents to explore these destinations and learn what they have to offer, so they can inform customers and drive sales.

The Thought

There has been an emerging demand for LGBT specific trips, that group activities and locations for those who share similar lifestyles and interests. It is therefore key to inspire agents to up-sell & cross-sell to customers. We need to make key information engaging for agents so they can retain it and lean on this knowledge when it matter s most.

The Idea

An immersive, interactive map covering the USA, Mexico and The Caribbean through which agents can explore LGBTQ friendly destinations and dedicated partner content. Users will be able to easily zoom and scroll across the map to uncover the destinations.

Agents will land on the site and explore destinations by clicking an indicator, which will provide the user with a quick look of the destination. Once the user has selected a location, they will discover a branded content page with video, containing destination-specific training materials, highlighting the services and facilities available at the destination.
